Specsavers Leadership Capability Framework for Partners is a comprehensive list of capabilities that have been developed in consultation with our Partners.

It provides a strong direction on the skills and behaviours we need to meet leadership demands for now and in to the future.  Each of the capabilities has a targeted list of learning resources, tools and tips to help develop the skills you need. 

There are recommendations for self-paced learning so you can work through the suggestions at your own pace and also options to enrol on any programs that are available at Specsavers.
